A Florida native, Robert Gause has been helping clients navigate the increasingly confusing rules and regulations affecting land development since 1983. From subdivisions, shopping malls, medical facilities, parks and other developments, we love to be part of creating the communities we live, work and play in.

Gause and Associates, Inc. was formed to create a Landscape Architecture firm that offers many of the same in-house capabilities as the much larger firms, but at the lower cost and with a client focus that only comes from a smaller firm.

With 34 years of experience in the many different facets of site development, we understand the site development process, timelines, site constraints and site development opportunities. Working collaboratively with Architects and Engineers, we strive to make sure that the final product meets the client’s vision/goals.

Our goal is to provide each client with individual attention, superior design at a reasonable price.
