We have worked with Bob Gause on various projects large and small for several years. Most recently, his firm, Gause and Associates, Inc. led the site development design and permitting team for a new skilled nursing facility in Lakewood Ranch, including presentations to the Manatee County Planning Department. He and his team met the project schedule and assisted the Owner/Architect/Contractor team during all phases of construction, resulting in a very successful project. We will work with him again as projects become available.
