- Info:Project Budget: $2,000,000 – Project Scope included Planning, Civil Engineering, landscape architectural and owner representation services associated with the approval and construction of the auto parts facility in Palmetto. Included with this effort was coordinated efforts to create a joint access driveway on an FDOT roadway as well as median modifications within the US 301 Right of way. The project opened in August 2016. It is new construction, located in the City of Palmetto . It involved a sanitary sewer lift station and working with offsite impacts, including assisting the project developer with negotiations to utilize a shared driveway with a neighbor. * Project management and design effort led by Robert Gause at Allison-Gause, Inc.
